I am the Sidney Taurel Associate Professor of Management at Columbia Business School (with tenure).
My research focus includes socially responsible and irresponsible business; the intersection between corporate strategy and the public good; as well as employee management and motivation. I teach the core Strategy course at Columbia Business School. I am also the Corporate Engagement Director, and a Principal Investigator and Executive Committee Member, of the NSF-funded Science and Technology Center "Learning the Earth with Artificial Intelligence and Physics" (LEAP) dedicated to improving the accuracy of climate projections needed for optimal adaptation to climate change.
